The Cold Chain Data Interchange is for every party involved in monitoring cold chain equipment.

Data Owners

Managing thousands of telemetry devices, from multiple providers, spread across a country can get challenging quickly. Bringing data from those devices together to a single point of management and ensuring that the right data is flowing into the right reporting tools can feel like an impossible task. The Data Interchange was built to meet these challenges no matter the number of devices or size of the Country team responsible for Cold Chain data.

Telemetry providers

By forwarding telemetry data to the Data Interchange, telemetry providers know that they have delivered their data to the Data Owner, and they do not need to worry about integrating with other dashboard or LMIS providers for that Country. Telemetry providers also to not need to worry about developing and maintaining customer-facing data visualization tools, as the Dashboard or LMIS providers can deliver those services.

Dashboard Providers

Dashboard providers can integrate with the Data Interchange and will immediately start receiving data from all sources in that country that the Data Owner has approved them to receive. This greatly reduces the barriers to entry for new innovative data visualization tools, as there is no longer a requirement to develop and deploy cellular telemetry hardware in order to provide a data visualization solution.
